Practical Athletic All-Around as a New Format for Training Pre-Conscription Youth

The All-Russian Scientific and Practical Conference “Practical Athletic All-Around as an Innovative Interdepartmental Model for Training Pre-Conscription Youth” was held in Moscow today.

The event, organized using an online format, brought together more than 20 leading experts from across the country, united by a common goal: to form a new generation of patriots and defenders of the Fatherland who are ready to face the challenges of the modern world.

The conference served as a platform for consolidating the efforts of various agencies, organizations, and enthusiasts whose activities are aimed at the comprehensive development of the younger generation.

The main objectives of the event were:

· Formation of a harmoniously developed personality;

· Building a system for monitoring and methodological support of PAM;

· Creating conditions for the exchange of experience between representatives of various organizations involved in training pre-conscription youth;

· Development of a training system for personnel working in the field of pre-conscription training.

The conference attracted the best representatives and specialists from the Russian Defense and Sports Society, leading higher education institutions, research institutes, public organizations in the field of physical culture and sports, and sports and military-sports clubs and centers. The participants included coaches, teachers, scientists, and students from relevant specialties, ensuring a diverse range of approaches and opinions.

The program of the event included an eventful plenary session, practical master classes and a detailed discussion of teaching methods of the disciplines (stages) of the Basic Distance of the PAM.

The President of the Federation of Practical Athletic Multi-Events of Russia (FPAMR)
A.G. Shlychkov addressed the participants with a welcoming speech. Warm words of support were also voiced by the Head of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of DOSAAF of Russia O.L. Shagonenko and Advisor to the Co-Chairs of the Russian Union of Martial Arts S.L. Konikov.

Reports covering various aspects of the Practical Athletic Multi-Event, including the training of pre-conscription youth, were presented by leading experts and specialists. The following speakers provided comprehensive coverage of their topics:

· M.N. Gadzhiev, First Vice-President of the FPAIR;

· A.K. Volkov, Vice President of the FPA for the North-Western Federal District;

· S.V. Koshlich, Vice President of the Southern Federal District of the FPAIR;

· N.N. Mogilintsev, Head of the DOSAAF-DGTU Training Center;

· V.A. Pirogov, Chairman of the FPAIR Methodological Committee;

· A.V. Subbotin, holder of three Orders of Courage, reserve colonel;

* S.K. Shakhov, Ph.D. in accordance with the Ph.D., previously held the positions of Minister of Sports and Minister of Education of the Republic of Dagestan;

· T.S. Kazbekov, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Physical Training of the V.N. Kikot Moscow University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia;

· Dr. V. N. Nepomnyashchikh, Chairman of the Committee on Adaptive Sports and Interaction with Veteran Organizations of the FPAMR;

· A.V. N. Zhemerikin, expert of the G3 Association;

· G. According to S. N. Ovsenyan, Chairman of the Coaching Committee of the FPAMR;

· A.V. N. Masalytin, Assistant Professor of the Department of Disaster Medicine at Voronezh State Medical University named after N.N. Burdenko, member of the Coaching Committee of the FPAMR.

The conference revealed a high interest in the development of the pre-conscription youth training system in Russia. The ideas and proposals discussed will be an important step towards creating one of the most effective and modern models capable of educating a strong, patriotic and physically developed generation of future defenders of the Fatherland.
