In accordance with the FPAMR Calendar Plan, on February 28, 2026, in the city of Pervouralsk, Sverdlovsk Region, a presentation of the Practical Athletic All-Around and a PAM test tournament among pre-conscription youth of the city took place.
In a test tournament, the teams of the Yunarmiya detachment of secondary school #1 of the Topaz search detachment, secondary school #10, military-industrial complex Legion 21, secondary school #21 and military-industrial complex Druzhina got acquainted with the PAM distance with the support of the Educational and Methodological Center for Military-Patriotic Education of Youth “Avangard” and the Health Group of Veterans of the Marine Corps, Airborne Forces and other branches troops, “ZOV” under the leadership of the Guard Marine Major Alexey Aleksandrovich Solin.
Deputy Mayor of the city of Pervouralsk Denis Yuryevich Pavlukhin, head of the Education Department of the Moscow Region came to greet the participants of the event. Pervouralsk Galina Mikhailovna Legkaya, head of the Pervouralsk branch of DOSAAF of Russia Sergey Vladimirovich Stepanov.
