On February 7, 2026, a referee seminar on applied hand-to-hand combat in the disciplines “Self-Defense” and “Duel” was held in Moscow at the Konstruktor sports complex.
The seminar was conducted by international category judge Dmitry Maltsev (Lipetsk). The event was attended by the First Vice-President of the Federation of Practical Athletic All-Arounds of Russia Magomedemin Gadzhiev, senior lecturer of the Department of Physical Training of the Educational Scientific Complex of Special Training of the Moscow University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs named after V.Ya. Kikotya, police lieutenant colonel, PAM judge Tagir Kazbekov, President of the Moscow Federation of Applied Hand-to-Hand Combat Renat Bulykin and other interested specialists.
At the end of the seminar, M. Gadzhiev, T. Kazbekov, D. Maltsev
and R. Bulykin discussed the possibilities of cooperation in terms of popularizing PAM. The parties had the opportunity to get acquainted with the concept of AMP
and evaluate its potential for the comprehensive development of young athletes. We are confident that through joint efforts it will be possible to achieve significant progress in the development of AMP in Russia.
