In accordance with the Calendar Work Plan of the All-Russian Physical Culture and Sports Public Organization “Federation of Practical Athletic All-Round of Russia” (hereinafter referred to as FPAMR), on January 13, 2026, at the Institute of Patriotic Education of the International University of Psychological and Pedagogical Innovations, a regular meeting was held between the First Vice-President of FPAMR Magomedemin Gadzhiev and like-minded people on the upbringing of young people generations.
The working meeting was attended by Major General, Candidate of Military Sciences, Professor of the Academy of Military Sciences, member of the Presidium of the “Officers of Russia” organization Nikolai Nikolaevich Tutrin, head of the search headquarters “Yuzhny” DOSAAF of Russia, vice-president of the All-Russian public physical culture and sports organization “Combat Sambo Federation of Russia”, head of the regional branch of the Federation of Combat Sambo of Russia in the Moscow region, Chairman of the Board of the Union of Airborne Clubs Russia, the head of the defense sports club “Ratnik” Mikhail Ilyich Kononenko and Alexey Nikolaevich Zarubov, responsible for the development of adaptive physical culture at MUPPI.
During the discussion, issues of preserving traditions, passing on hereditary values, and raising a harmoniously developed younger generation were touched upon.
In addition, during the conversation, special attention was paid to the topic of involving Northern Military District veterans undergoing rehabilitation in practical athletic all-around (PAM) classes.
As a result of the working visit, starting points for further cooperation and interaction were identified, and a work plan for the medium term was outlined.
