On March 24, 2026, the Regional Physical Culture and Sports Public Organization “Federation of Practical Athletic Multi-Events of the Republic of Dagestan” was established by the decision of the General Meeting of Founders, headed by Abdulaev Ziyavutdin Alibulatovich. This decision aims to strengthen the position and development of PAM in the region.
Ziyavutdin Abdullayev enjoys a well-deserved reputation in Dagestan. His biography includes the courage and valor shown during the Afghan events and the Holy War. For outstanding services to the Motherland and high patriotism Z. N. Abdulaev was awarded the highest public award of the Republic of Dagestan – the Gold Star “Hero of Dagestan”.
Ziyavutdin Alibulatovich has been demonstrating his dedication to serving society for over twenty years, actively engaging in the patriotic education of the younger generation. His extensive experience and personal example will undoubtedly serve as a solid foundation for the development of the Federal Patriotic Association of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Dagestan.
