As part of a working trip aimed at popularizing practical athletic all-around (PAM) in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, First Vice-President of the Federation of Practical Athletic All-Arounds of Russia (FPAMR) Magomedemin Gadzhiev visited Astrakhan on March 31, 2026, where he held a series of constructive meetings with key representatives of regional authorities and public organizations: Deputy Minister of Physical Culture and Sports of the Astrakhan Region Elena Vyacheslavovna Ledneva, Chairman of the regional branch of DOSAAF of Russia of the Astrakhan Region Viktor Anatolyevich Khairulik, Director of the State Budgetary Institution of MP JSC TsPVM “Patriotcenter” Astrakhan region Dmitry Aleksandrovich Mantsurov, deputy director of the Regional educational and methodological center for military-patriotic education of youth “Avangard” Oksana Anatolyevna Ilyina.
