April 2, 2026 in Volgograd The First Vice-President of the Federation of Practical Athletic All-Arounds of Russia (FPAMR) Magomedemin Gadzhiev held a series of negotiations with key representatives of regional departments and public organizations, namely: with the Deputy Chairman of the Committee of Physical Culture and Sports of the Volgograd Region Ivan Seleznev, Chairman of the RO DOSAAF of Russia Volgograd region, Major General of the Reserve Znova Anatoly Viktorovich and his deputy, Colonel Viktor Vladimirovich Efremov, as well as with acting. O. Chief of Staff of the Youth Army of the Volgograd Region Ilnur Shmanov and President of the Sports Knife Throwing Federation of the Volgograd Region Alexander Bychkov.
The main topic of discussion was the issues of improving work with young people preparing for military service.
During lively discussions, the parties came to a deep understanding of the importance and timeliness of popularizing practical athletic all-around (PAM) in the Volgograd region. Mutual readiness for full assistance in this direction was expressed.
Particular attention was paid to the issue of opening a FPAMR branch in the region. It is expected that the new structure will become a modern interdepartmental platform that unites the efforts of various organizations for the comprehensive training of modern pre-conscription youth, the formation of high moral and psychological qualities in them, as well as the development of physical endurance and applied skills.
