Yesterday, on August 19, a meeting of the Presidium of the Federation of Practical Athletic All‑Around of Russia was held using an online format. The meeting brought together key figures of the federation: members of the Presidium and heads of regional branches of the FPAAR.
The agenda of the meeting covered pressing issues that determine the direction of PAM’s development for the coming period.
− The FPAIR calendar plan for the autumn‑winter period of 2026 (from September to December) has been approved.
− Special attention was paid to the draft standard regulation (rules) for conducting test and regional competitions in practical athletic all‑around.
− issues related to the Rules of the competitive activity type PAM were considered and discussed.
− Issues related to the PAM‑type Competition Rules were reviewed and discussed.
− with the Interregional Military‑Patriotic Organization “Russian Unity”: on behalf of the FPMR, the agreement was signed by the First Vice‑President of the Federation, Magomedemin Nurutdinovich Gadzhiev, and on behalf of “Russian Unity” by the Chairman of the organization, Konstantin Nikolaevich Kovalev, and the Executive Director, Stanislav Vladimirovich Koshlich. The agreement is aimed at comprehensive mutual cooperation in the preparation of pre‑conscription youth for service in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
− with the Autonomous Non‑Profit Organization “Sports and Health Complex ‘Lotos’”: on behalf of the FPAIR, the agreement was signed by First Vice‑President Gadzhiev Magomedemin Nurutdinovich, and on behalf of the SHC ‘Lotos’, by Director Eskenderov Magomedtagir Abdulmuslimovich. The agreement envisages mutual cooperation, which will contribute to the development of sports infrastructure, the organization of training processes, and the holding of high‑level competitions.
All parties involved in signing the agreements expressed sincere hope for fruitful and long‑term cooperation. The unification of efforts by the FPMR with reputable organizations focused on patriotic education and the development of mass sports opens up new opportunities for promoting PAM and strengthening the health of young people.
