Voronezh is the center for the development of PAM: the results of the meeting at “Close Combat”

On August 20, a working meeting was held at the Close Combat studio (Voronezh) between Magomedemin Gadzhiev, First Vice‑President of the Russian Practical Athletic All‑Around Federation, and members of the FPAF training committee, Ivan Eremeev and Alexey Masalytin.

The key topic of the dialogue was the improvement of the training process in PAM in the Voronezh region. The participants thoroughly examined the current methodological framework, discussed the directions for developing athletes’ training, and outlined specific steps to improve the quality of training.

Following the meeting, a decision was made: Ivan Eremeev and Alexey Masalyutin will regularly conduct training sessions with young athletes directly at the “Close Combat” studio. This will allow young athletes to learn from experienced coaches without leaving the region.

It is worth noting that the “Close Combat” studio is currently the center for the development of PAM in Voronezh, uniting both active athletes and the younger generation. The participants of the meeting expressed confidence that, through the joint efforts of the federation, its coaching staff, and the studio, practical athletic all‑around in the region will reach a fundamentally new qualitative level.
