On Monday, August 31, 2026, an expanded working meeting was held in Moscow between Magomedemin Gadzhiev, First Vice‑President of the FPMR, Dmitry Nepomnyashchikh, Chairman of the Committee for Adaptive Sports and Interaction with Veteran Organizations, and his Deputy, Erik Ogay, and colleagues from the socially useful foundation “Blagotvorenie”, in particular, Nadezhda Volkova and Ruslan Dolgosheya.
An important<1 >outcome of the meeting was the signing of a Framework Agreement on cooperation between the FPAMR and the socially useful Charity Foundation.
The agreement formalizes partnership in the implementation of socially significant projects, but for the federation, the key point becomes the practical sports component the development of physical culture, the training of athletes, and the involvement of young people in activities related to PAM.
Furthermore, on the day the document was signed, the foundation’s delegation, headed by Nadezhda Volkova, visited the Close Combat Studio at 40 Dubininskaya Street. Magomedemin Gadzhiev gave a detailed tour, showing the guests not just the halls, but a full‑fledged training cluster.
The parties also agreed to implement the “Young Banner” project based on the Close Combat Studio. The project manager, Ruslan Dolgosheya, conducted a demonstration masterclass for colleagues from the FPMR and the foundation. He demonstrated the training elements that will form the basis of regular classes.
