Yesterday, on August 27, 2026, an expanded working meeting was held at the office of the Federation of Practical Athletic All‑Around of Russia (FPAAR) in Moscow, which identified new vectors for the development of adaptive sports and PAA.
The event was attended by First Vice‑President of the FPAIR Magomedemin Gadzhiev and Dmitry Nepomnyashchikh, Chairman of the Committee for Adaptive Sports and Interaction with Veteran Organizations of the FPAIR. The key partner in the dialogue was Nadezhda Volkova, Director of the socially useful “Blagotvorenie” Foundation, who represents a wide range of social initiatives.
In addition to the Federation’s officials, the meeting brought together representatives from related fields — from military‑patriotic clubs to film production. Among the guests at the FPMR office were:
· Ruslan Dolgosheya is the head of the military‑sports club “Molodoe Znamya”.
· Ray Bolgov is a member of the Youth Parliament of Moscow and the coordinator of special projects at the Association of Employees of Law Enforcement Agencies and Special Services of the Russian Federation.
· Maxim Matveev is a member of the Youth Parliament of the city of Moscow.

During the constructive dialogue, the participants exchanged professional experience in organizing sports events for people with disabilities, rehabilitating combat veterans, and engaging young people in systematic physical activity.
Following the meeting, the parties reached preliminary agreements on a mutually beneficial partnership. The key outcome of the negotiations was the initiative to conclude a comprehensive agreement between FPAIR and the “Sozidanie” Foundation.
